- 1 routine cleaning every 6 months
- Adult fluoride treatment every 6 months
- Regular exam with cleaning
- Oral cancer screening with cleaning
- X-rays as needed
- 1 emergency exam with X-ray per year
- 15% off all restorative treatment
- 15% off all cosmetic treatment
- 20% off all periodontal (gum disease) treatment
Designed for children to support healthy development and prevention.
Includes:
